Orders and Shipping
All orders will be delivered within 7-15 days. If for any reason you have not received your order after this time period, Contact us and we will check the status via the carrier.
If you have accidentally entered/submitted the wrong shipping information, or if you just want to change the delivery address, Please contact us before shipping to have this fixed. If the items have already shipped, Please contact the carrier of the items(USPS , DHL ect.) to have this changed.
A order number will be provided prior to shipping, You can use this number plus the carriers tracking system to monitor the status of your delivery.
We DO NOT have access to any of your Credit/Debit card information. Nor do we keep, hold, or pass along any of your private information to unauthorized personnel.
We ship WORLDWIDE, with exception to addresses where mail cannot be accepted by our selected carriers

If you are not satisfied with your item, We allow up to 14 days after delivery to send the items back to us for an exchange/refund. In this 14 day period we believe the customer would have had enough time to inspect/test the quality of the item. Any time after the 14 day period will not be accepted.
If you have received the wrong item contact us for either a refund or exchange of items.
If your items have have been damaged during the shipping process, Please contact us so that we can confirm the damage of the products. We carefully inspect each item prior to shipping, Ship the damage item back to us for either a full refund or exchange of the same item.
